An increase in consumer desire for more natural, organic, and non-genetically modified products has led to an increased desire to use blenderized tube feeding (BTF). It is important for the nutrition professional to be knowledgeable and comfortable with BTF to build rapport with patients, and assist them in using BTF safely and appropriately.
