He is Chief of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine and Associate Chairman, Department of Pediatrics, at Schneider Children's Hospital at North Shore, North Shore University Hospital, Manhasset, NY, and Professor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, NY.
