Bio:
Sue Ludwig is the President and Founder of the National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT), an organization that supports therapists working with babies and families in the neonatal intensive care unit. She is also the co-founder of Infant-Driven Feeding® created to advance oral feeding practice on a global level. She has been an occupational therapist at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for over 20 years.

Bio:
Kara Ann Waitzman, a neonatal therapist for over 27 years, serving as the NICU's developmental specialist. Kara Ann is President of Creative Therapy Consultants, Founder of the Neonatal Touch & Massage Certification, and Co-Founder of Infant-Driven Feeding, LLC. She is certified in NTMC, is Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Therapy (NDl) trained, certified in NIDCAP, and earned the Neonatal Developmental Care Specialist Designation through NANN.
