About The Speaker:
Cindy Hamilton, MS, RD, LD, CNSD is the Director of Nutrition at the Cleveland Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and her Master’s degree in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. Her clinical career and interests have been dedicated to the care of patients requiring nutrition support, first as a Critical Care dietitian at University Hospitals of Cleveland then with the Nutrition Support Team and the Home Parenteral Nutrition Service at the Cleveland Clinic. She has authored or co-authored several articles and book chapters, and is the co-editor of Cleveland Clinic’s Nutrition Support Team Hand book. She has given many presentations on nutrition support topics including the Nutrition-Focused Physical Exam. Cindy has served in a multitude of roles for the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, the Ohio Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics practice group, dietitians in Nutrition Support.
