About The Speaker:

Dr. Murray spent his career as a professor in the Department of Pediatrics of the Ohio State University School of Medicine, located at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. In 2006, he became the Director of the Center for Healthy Weight and Nutrition. Previously, Dr. Murray had spent 20 years in the field of Pediatric Gastroenterology and Nutrition, as well as the Director of the Borden Center for Nutrition and Wellness. Currently, Dr Murray is a member of the Department of Human Nutrition at Ohio State University and serves as a national consultant on projects involving pediatric nutrition and childhood obesity. Dr Murray is the past chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on School Health
