Susan Roberts received her B.S. and M.S. in Nutrition from Texas A&M University. She obtained her Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University in 2018. Susan has held a number of positions during her career at Baylor University Medical Center (BUMC) in Dallas, Texas. She currently is the Dietetic Internship Director at BUMC and Area Director of Clinical Nutrition for the Baylor Scott & White Health System/Aramark in the North Division. Susan has been a volunteer leader for many years for Dietitians in Nutrition Support, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the North Texas ASPEN chapter.
