In this course, Rani Singh, PhD, RD, LD will describe urea cycle disorders (UCDs) and explain the rationale for nitrogen scavengers; review the current nitrogen scavenger drugs available for the treatment of UCDs; and apply nitrogen scavenger drugs and titrating strategies to optimize nutritional management and outcomes in patients with UCDs.
