In this series, you’ll review 6 modules related to the HCAHPS (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) survey and patient satisfaction. Each module is 20-30 minutes in length and can be completed at your own pace.

  • Understand the purpose, use, and questions on the HCAHPS survey. 
  • Recognize how the HCAHPS survey questions align with patient and family-centered care. 
  • Identify and describe the characteristics and challenges faced by nurses.
