In this course, you’ll describe the role and importance of perioperative nutrition; provide examples of health economics outcomes research that investigate the role of surgical nutrition; and provide practical guidance and best practice recommendations on ways to successfully implement and evaluate hospital-based surgical nutrition quality improvement programs.
