Dr. Venter is an Allergy Specialist Dietitian and works as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital Colorado and University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine. She obtained her BS in Dietetics from the University of the Free State in South Africa. Venter furthered her education by obtaining a post-graduate degree and a PhD from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom. She has over 90 publications in international journals and has authored several book chapters. Dr. Venter regularly gets invited to present at national and international conferences on topics relating to nutrition and allergic diseases.
