Course Description:

In this course, you’ll learn calming tactics for anxious parents/patients; discuss the value of patient information and how to maximize its impact; and review how to utilize remote consultations. This program is available for continuing education credit. This program was originally presented as a live webinar on May 12, 2020.

Philip Graves, Consumer Behaviour Consultant

He is a frequent commentator on consumer topics in the media, regularly speaks at events around the world and has been an associate of Frontier Economics since 2010. In the past, Philip was on the global advisory board of Next IT and wrote a column on consumer psychology for The Marketer.
