Traditional Learning

Traditional learning is likely a familiar learning approach for you. A traditional learning activity will have you view the CE content, then complete a post-test to assess your learning. You’ll then be directed to complete a course evaluation before obtaining your CE credit and certificate.

Reflective Learning

Reflective learning allows you to consider the implications of new information and experiences, helps you develop critical thinking skills, and improve future performance by analyzing what you’ve learned and how you can implement that learning to improve practice.

ANHI partners with CMEfy, a platform that directs you to reflect at the point of inspiration or point of care. Healthcare Professionals may earn up to 1.0 CME/CE (0.5 CME/CE per reflection) by participating in a reflective learning education offering.

PAUSE

Pause and step back to think about what you’ve learned.

REFLECT

HOW DO I OBTAIN REFLECTIVE LEARNING CREDIT?

Reflective learning is a type of active, self-directed learning. It will require you to:

  1. Engage in the learning experience.
  2. Pause and step back to think about what you’ve learned.
  3. Reflect to help improve future performance and apply what you’ve learned to your practice.

Credit is not earned for watching, listening to, or engaging with the ANHI education. Credit is obtained through a 100% learner-initiated reflection that captures your learning via CMEfy’s platform.

More information on the CMEfy process can be found in their FAQs.

If you are new to CMEfy, on your first visit you will be directed to a registration page. Visit the CMEfy FAQs for more information.
