Terrie Lockridge, MSN, RNC-NIC

Terrie is a Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist with 35 years of professional practice devoted to supporting newborns at risk. She has experience in many different aspects of neonatal critical care, including ECMO, postoperative cardiac care, neuroprotection, transport, resuscitation, and stabilization. Terrie received her BSN from Saint Anselm College and her MSN from Boston College. She is a member of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN), the Academy of Neonatal Nurses (ANN), and past president of the Pacific NW Association of Neonatal Nurses (PNANN). Terrie has been a STABLE Program and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Instructor since the inception of both curriculums. Terrie is an accomplished author, having contributed to peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters. Her special interests include neonatal skin care, pain management, and neuroprotection. Terrie currently works as a NICU nurse at a Seattle tertiary center with nearly 10,000 births yearly, and she brings a practical approach to her educational offerings that combines pragmatic clinical information with the latest in evidence-based practice.

Mary Kaminski, DNP, APRN, NNP-BC

Mary Kaminski, is the Manager for Nursing Health Care Education for Abbott Nutrition Health Institute (ANHI) and a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Kaminski received her MS in perinatal nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) from The Ohio State University. She has been working in the field of neonatal nursing for over 30 years. She has worked as a clinical nurse specialist, program manager, and clinical nurse educator. Mary developed the NNP certificate program at the Columbus Children’s Hospital and went on to teach at The Ohio State University for over 12 years in their NNP Program. She has helped over 250 students become NNPs over her career. Mary has been an active volunteer on the national and local level for National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) and National Association of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NANNP). She is an accomplished author, having contributed to peer-reviewed journals and textbook chapters. Her interests include NNP education and professional development, Persistent Pulmonary Hypertension (PPHN), and the surgical neonate.
