DIAGNOSIS AND APPROPRIATE IDENTIFICATION OF FOOD ALLERGY

An Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Section of Allergy/Immunology at the Children's Hospital Colorado and University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine, she conducts research in allergy prevention and works with children with food allergies. Former chair of the International Network of Dietitians and Nutritionists in Allergy, she’s a registered dietitian in the UK, USA and South Africa and sits on a number of national and international allergy and clinical immunology boards.
