In this video, Mike Trenell, PhD, MBA, will review RESET: a remote, digitally enabled lifestyle program using a diabetes-specific nutrition formula as part of a low-calorie diet; examine the impact of RESET on body weight and diabetes control in people with obesity and type 2 diabetes; and discuss how a remote, digitally enabled program widens access to care.

Mike Trenell is a clinical scientist who has worked on the crossover between metabolism, behaviour and technology for 20+years. Having published widely on metabolism and behaviour change, he is focused on helping translate this science into practice, including the UK National Programme, free to > 4 million people. Mike is an Honorary Professor of Digital Medicine at Newcastle University and works widely across the health and technology sectors.
