Abstract:

The Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) Guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations for healthcare professionals to improve the health and well-being of the aging population. These recommendations offer guidance on comprehensive assessments, delivery of integrated health care, and delivery of interventions to support caregivers. This full document includes a description of the guideline development process, evidence and recommendations, and implementation considerations for the ICOPE guidelines.
