Abstract:
The Integrated Care for Older People (ICOPE) Guidelines provide evidence-based recommendations for healthcare professionals to improve the health and well-being of the aging population. This infographic covers the basics of the ICOPE guidelines, including why they were needed, how they were developed, what they are, and how to deliver these guidelines. This infographic also includes a summary of the 13 recommendations for managing declines in intrinsic capacity in older people.
