ICOPE Handbook for Primary Care
This handbook, developed by the World Health Organization, offers guidance on person-centered assessment and pathways in primary care of older adults.
According to the World Health Organization, “The guidance in this handbook will help community health and care workers to put the ICOPE recommendations into practice. It offers care pathways to manage priority health conditions associated with declines in intrinsic capacity – loss of mobility, malnutrition, visual impairment, hearing loss, cognitive decline, depressive symptoms.”
