2020 starts the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Decade of Healthy Aging. What can we do to engage? In this article, Shirley Chao, PhD, RDN, describes how the new Healthy People 2030 goals, the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee (DGAC) and the Older Americans Act form a perfect Nutrition Policy Trifecta for older adult health.
