It’s easy to regain access to the site even if you’ve forgotten your password. Simply copy and paste this link to your Internet browser: https://anhi.org/forgot-password. Then, watch your inbox; we’ll send you an email right away to help you establish new logon credentials.

The simplest way to change your email address is to create a new ANHI account.

• If you’ve already logged on, please log off.
• Click “REGISTER” at the top of the ANHI.org homepage.
• Then, provide the details we request, including your new email address.

Once you’ve created your new account, we can merge it with your old account if that’s what you prefer. Simply click “CONTACT US” at the top of your screen, list your old and new email addresses in the “QUESTIONS/COMMENTS” box, and ask us to combine them.

To register for an ANHI course in your ZIP code, please:

• Click “REGISTER” at the top of your screen if you haven’t already, and begin to enter the details we request on our online form.
• Select “NO” when we ask for your hospital/center.
• Answer the remaining online form questions, then click “REGISTER” at the bottom of the page.
• Next, click “CONTACT US” at the top of the homepage, and type your hospital/center name and address in the “QUESTIONS/COMMENTS” box. We’ll use this information to add your hospital to the drop down list.
• Note: The next time you log on to ANHI.org, you can save your hospital to your profile by clicking “MY PROFILE” at the top of the homepage, then selecting your hospital from the drop-down list on our online form.

We accredit registered nurses (RNs) and registered dietitians (RDs). If you work in any other discipline, please refer to your own professional licensing criteria for continuing education details. Healthcare provider boards reciprocate between CE credits and may recognize the credits we provide.

Note: We also offer select, accredited courses for case managers.

If you don’t see your credit hours listed on your certificate, you’ll know we need a few additional details from you before we can offer you credit. Please follow these instructions to update your ANHI user profile:

• Log on to ANHI.org.
• Go to “MY PROFILE” at the top of the homepage.
• Go to “EDUCATION CERTIFICATE TYPE” under “PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION.”
• Click the drop down box and select your education certificate type (e.g., nurse, dietitian, etc.).
• Select your current role, professional designation and primary patient population.
• Click “SUBMIT” to update your profile.

Once you’ve completed these steps, please return to “MY COURSES” and print your certificate.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience; our site has a few small quirks we’re in the process of fixing. Here are a few tips to help you in the meantime:

• Launch ANHI.org from your desktop rather than your tablet or mobile device.
• Close all your open Internet browser windows, then open a new window and clear your Internet browsing history by holding down CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE.
  • If you’re on a Mac, use Firefox rather than Safari.
  • If you’re on Windows, use Internet Explorer.
• Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled.
• Log on to ANHI.org and begin to use the site.

If these tips don’t help: Try logging on from another computer. Keep in mind that, if you’re using a work-issued computer, your company’s firewall may block some content for security reasons.

If you’re still having trouble: Please click “CONTACT US” and let us know what issues you’re facing with our site. If you’ve received an error message, let us know what it says so we can help solve the problem.

You can earn CE credits for any of the self-study opportunities you see on our site. We review these programs periodically to make sure the content is current and relevant, and we diligently remove any out-of-date content.

Note: Not all of our courses are accredited. If your self-study course offers CE credits, you’ll see them listed on the “COURSE DETAILS” page.

We’ve created some programs expressly for physicians, and offer Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits through other organizations.

We also offer programs for healthcare students and fellows who want to build their subject matter expertise on a certain subject but don’t need to earn continuing education credits.

You can see how many Continuing Education units you’ll earn for each course you complete by clicking “COURSES” on the homepage, finding the course you’ve completed or plan to take, and reading the “Continuing Education Units” section located just below the program date.

The ANHI Certificate of Training program allows you to earn Continuing Education (CE/CPEU) credits as you gain expertise in a variety of topics.

Once you choose your Certificate of Training program, and you complete the required credit hours and online post-test, we’ll award you with a Certificate of Training in that content area.

Note: Keep in mind our certificates of training don’t offer professional designations or credentials.

With a Certificate of Training, you can build your expertise at your own pace. And you can customize the curriculum to your clinical needs and interests by enrolling in a mix of required and elective courses.

To earn and print each Certificate of Training, you’ll need to complete the required course curriculum and pass an online exam.

Yes, we created our current certificates of training for nurses and dietitians. No, you don’t have to complete a group program.

Yes; you’ll earn a certificate for every course you complete. To print your certificate and claim your CE credit:

• Enter ANHI.org/certificate into your browser.
• If you’ve completed a group course, we’ll prompt you to enter the event ID number we provided at the end of the program. (Note: If you don’t remember the ID number, please contact your Abbott Nutrition representative.)
• Click “CONTINUE,” then log in using the email and password you provided at registration; we’ll automatically direct you to the “COURSE” page.
• Click the program title, underlined in blue with “SURVEY” in the “TYPE” column.
• Complete the survey.
• Print your certificate.

You can claim credit only once when we offer program titles in multiple formats.

• Log on to www.ANHI.org.
• Click “MY COURSES” at the top of the page.
• If you’ve completed all the steps for the self-study, the course will be listed under the “COMPLETED” section of the page.
• Click “CERTIFICATE” to the right of the program title. (Note: The page may take a few minutes to refresh.)
• Select “PRINT CERTIFICATE” and click “GO” to see your certificate.

• Go to anhi.org/education/print-certificate.
• Enter the event ID we provided at the end of the program. (Note: If you don’t remember the ID number, please contact your Abbott Nutrition representative.)
• Click “REGISTER,” or log on with your user ID and password if you already have an ANHI account.
• Complete the course survey.
• Print your certificate within 30 days of completing the course. Keep in mind it can take a few minutes to launch your printed certificate.

Sometimes we do offer self-study or group-based versions of our live events. Please check ANHI.org/courses for self-study additions, or ask your Abbott Nutrition representative about new program offerings.

No. You can claim credit on featured ANHI live events only if they’re designated as part of an ANHI Certificate of Training program.

Keep in mind you’ll need to complete all your course work and pass your final post-test before you can print your certificate.

• Go to: http:// anhi.org/nutrition-training-certificates.
• Select your Certificate of Training.
• Once you’re on your Certificate of Training details page, scroll to the bottom of the page to find a section that reads, “Final Exam.”
• Click “TAKE EXAM”
• Take the exam, and if you pass, print your certificate.

A certification is an intensive training program that awards you a professional designation once you complete your course work and pass a final evaluation. The term “certification” should be used only when referencing the completion of a certification examination such as the Registration Examination for Dietitians.

A Certificate of Training allows you to earn CPEUs/CEs as you build your new knowledge and skill related to your subject matter. Unlike a certification program, you don’t receive a professional designation.

Keep in mind our certificates of training aren’t part of a certification program.
