In Part 1 of this Asia Pacific Center hosted course, you will learn the background and rationale for the SHIELD (Strengthening Health In ELDerly through nutrition) study; discuss the methodology and results of the SHIELD study; and identify possible interventions to improve muscle health and nutrition in community dwelling older adults.
